Aliya Sur

I’m Aliya Sur, a dynamic leader in the beauty industry with over a decade of international experience in management, beauty advisory, recruitment, and training. I’m the proud owner of a successful salon and a passionate educator dedicated to elevating nail professionals worldwide.

My journey in beauty began at a young age in Kazakhstan, where I discovered my love for sculpted gel and acrylic nails. What started as a passion quickly grew into a lifelong career of artistry, education, and mentorship.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to earn international recognition, winning multiple nail competitions and receiving prestigious certifications such as KHDA Certification, EdAc OPI Bronze, and Akzentz (A.C.E.). Today, I’m honored to serve as a judge for international nail competitions, helping recognize and encourage the next generation of artists.

My work has been featured on television, industry publications, and magazines across the GCC and beyond. I’ve conducted training events around the world, empowering beauty professionals to refine their techniques, develop confidence, and build successful careers. Many of my students have gone on to open their own salons, win global awards, and become educators themselves—and seeing their success remains my greatest achievement.

In addition to education, I have extensive experience in distribution, consultation, and product supply. I began teaching independently in 2003, and since then, my passion for learning and sharing knowledge has only deepened. I strongly believe that true mastery comes from balancing creativity, technical skill, and continuous education.

I actively collaborate with leading nail brands to improve training methods and product development, ensuring professionals have access to the best tools and innovations available. I’ve also played a vital role in organizing international competitions, trade shows, and salon collaborations, helping connect global experts and local talent.

Through my social media presence and online training programs, I continue to reach thousands of aspiring nail artists worldwide—offering guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to help them achieve excellence.
